Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Customer should inform us within 48 hours of receiving damaged or incorrect goods.

Damaged Products
If goods arrive damaged during transport, customers should:
Take photographs immediately.
Notify JP Trading Co. within 48 hours.
Email details with invoice number.
Refunds
After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges
Incorrect products will be replaced subject to stock availability.
